About Romco Builders
Who is behind Romco Commercial Painting
Romco Commercial Painting is a service of Romco Builders, a licensed Florida general contractor. The company was founded in 2015 and its office is in Fort Lauderdale.
Romco is a construction company, and it treats a commercial repaint as construction work: a defined scope, access equipment, safety planning, approvals, a sequence and a closeout.
Romco quotes painting on any kind of commercial building in Palm Beach County and at any size. The quote is built from the building itself: what each surface is made of, what state it is in, how it is reached and who uses the space during the work.
Romco does not operate hospitals, schools, resorts or airports. It is hired to paint those buildings, and these pages describe the way such work is set up, not a client list.

How we describe ourselves
- Romco Builders holds a Florida general contractor license, and you can ask to see its details alongside any written quote.
- There are no rates on this site. A quote rests on what we see: the building itself, your photos or the drawings.
- No finish date is promised. Boards, weather, inspections and access clearances sit outside a contractor's control, so a quote sets out the sequence and the outside approvals that sequence relies on.
- This site does not name paint makers, offer coating warranties or list certifications. The written scope for your building sets out its coating system.
