Garage surfaces each need something different. Concrete walls and ceilings get a breathable coating, columns get bright bands for visibility, stair towers and doors get rust treatment, and stripes, arrows and stall numbers are laid out to the current plan.

Cars on wet stripes
Fresh striping smeared by tires looks worse than the old lines. Each area is closed with barricades until the coating has cured, and reopened only after a check.
Rust stains coming back
Brown streaks on a ceiling usually mean rebar corrosion. That is a repair question for the engineer, not a paint question, and it is flagged before coating.
Lost parking
Each closure costs the operator. We agree the sequence up front and keep closures to the agreed area.
Outside this scope
Concrete repair, expansion joint replacement and traffic-bearing waterproofing membranes are specialist work, quoted or coordinated separately. Any change to the parking layout follows the approved plan and the local authority's rules.
